Text corrections

Include the work, edition and passage link, the wording in question, and a supporting source for your proposed correction. Different editions may use different wording or numbering.

Help with your library

Include the page link, device, operating-system version, browser and the steps that led to the problem. Your notes are stored on your device; support cannot access or recover them remotely. Check backup help before clearing site data. Share only the details needed to explain the problem, not your entire private notebook.

Sources and copyright

Identify the page or material, describe your relationship to the rights involved, and provide the relevant source or permission information. See Sources & Licensing for edition-specific records.

Accessibility and usability

If text, controls or navigation are difficult to use, describe the page, device and any assistive technology involved. Screenshots can help; remove private writing or identifying details first.

Privacy questions

You can use the same address to ask about data handling or request deletion of correspondence you have sent. Include enough information to identify the correspondence, without sending unnecessary personal information. Read our privacy notice.
