iti66:1.1This was said by the Buddha, the Perfected One: that is what I heard.
iti66:2.1“Mendicants, there are these three kinds of purity.
iti66:2.2What three?
iti66:2.3Purity of body, speech, and mind.
iti66:2.4These are the three kinds of purity.”
iti66:2.5The Buddha spoke this matter.
iti66:2.6On this it is said:
iti66:3.1“Purity of body, purity of speech,
iti66:3.2and undefiled purity of heart.
iti66:3.3A pure one, blessed with purity,
iti66:3.4has given up everything, they say.”
iti66:4.1This too is a matter that was spoken by the Blessed One: that is what I heard.
